Negotiation Full Job Description Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative drives revenue and growth in an assigned area by acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. This position is within the roofing supply industry and will work closely with roofing customers to supply materials for projects. Key duties include analyzing market trends, presenting products or services, and reporting sales performance. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This position is based in Elmwood, LA.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the territory. Build and maintain client relationships. Identify sales opportunities and monitor market trends. Present and promote products/services to meet customer needs. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Track sales activities and report performance. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Experience:
Sales experience, preferably managing a territory. High level experience with B2B and outside sales . Knowledge of the roofing industry and offerings. Proficiency in CRM tools for managing accounts. Strong negotiation, closing, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. B2C experience is encouraged as well.
