Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including telemarketing and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in sales strategies. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and services. Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure all sales practices meet legal standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to the success of the organization. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance sector or related fields. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
