JOB DESCRIPTION

Dog Academy is an established contact center hiring remote sales agents to join our growing team for a training class on July 7th 2025 . If you have previous experience in collection, auto sales, insurance, or cold calling then you will be a perfect fit! We require a minimum of 2 years of contact center SALES experience along with intermediate computer skills. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.00/hour plus uncapped commission opportunity with our top earners making thousands in commissions payouts monthly. This job can be done remotely from any location in the following states, LA, GA, FL, TX, MS, KY, RI, NC, and AL. SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek – you’ll work four 10-hour shifts (40 hours total) and three days off each week. Dog Academy is open 7 days a week, therefore your off days will be assigned based on the business needs. Days off may fall on weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both. While we do our best to provide consistency, we cannot guarantee that all three days off will be consecutive. Your shift will rotate between two blocks: Early shift 8:00 am – 6:30 pm Late shift 10:30 am – 9:00 pm Flexibility is a must, as your schedule may vary depending on coverage needs.
