Outside Sales Representative Top Line Dumpsters LLC Hammond, LA Job Summary This is a base salary + commission pay structure. We’re seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our customer base across Tangipahoa Parish and the surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new business, nurturing leads, closing accounts, and building lasting relationships in commercial and construction markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Present and promote our roll-off and front-end load dumpster services to commercial, industrial, and construction clients Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Prepare and deliver service quotes and proposals Track sales activity Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions Represent the Top Line Dumpsters brand with professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (waste management industry a major plus) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with Tangipahoa and surrounding parishes Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
