A Leisure Sales Coordinator is part of the reservations department. They are responsible for supporting the Reservations Department by taking inbound calls and emails. They support the Leisure Sales Managers in order to advance sales, increase conversation rates on travel agent bookings, increase service levels to travel agent accounts, and coordinate operational needs for the travel segment.
- Supports the Reservations Department by taking a minimum of 7 inbound calls a day
- Responsible for travel advisor quotes, booking reservations, and experience planning for Miraval Berkshires, Miraval Austin and Miraval Arizona
- Responsible for overseeing travel agent stay requests; requesting rate availability, booking reservation, experience planning, site alert, arrival amenity and giving property tours (when needed)
- Overseemission process for Miraval Berkshires bypleting a weekly cross check report delivered to accounting dept. Will also respond tomission inquiries from clients in a timely manner
- Point of contact for all FHR related reservation issues, including Expedia integration for all Miraval properties
- Coordinates deliveries of amenities and personal note requests from agents
- Coordinates planning of FAMs (familiarization trips for clients) including VIP experience planning, preparing amenities, site alert, etc
- Conducts property tours for visiting advisors when needed
- Keeps track of amenities pars and orders
- Responsible for tracking VIP arrivals: work with Front Office on blocking rooms and upgrades when available, preparing site alerts and VIP gifts when appropriate

Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of high-end sales and customer service experiences preferably in a call center, sales/customers service and/or hospitality environment.
- Advanced technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of GDS, reservations software and booking systems (Visual One preferred).
- Exceptional time management, detail andanizational skills.
- Must be a strongpassionate team player with a self-sacrificing personality.
- Professional demeanor and presence with exceptional verbal, written and electronicmunication skills.
