We’re hiring a Sales Operations Associate for a hybrid role in North Adams, MA. This is a permanent opportunity with a growing organization. As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales lifecycle—from order processing and inventory coordination to retailer communication. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and contribute to process improvement, helping to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service. Sales Operations Associate Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, manage backorders, and coordinate with logistics on shipments and delivery timelines. Support retailer and distributor relationships by providing updates on inventory, pricing, and lead times. Maintain sales and customer data in CRM/ERP systems and generate regular performance reports. Serve as the go-to for retailer onboarding, product setup, PO processing, and compliance documentation. Support sales enablement through updated materials, meeting prep, and cross-functional collaboration.
Sales Operations Associate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years in sales operations or sales support, ideally in consumer products or CPG. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), and proficiency in Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Familiarity with retail accounts and international distribution preferred.
