The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale, while building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling and outbound sales efforts. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles. Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that align with their needs. Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties and financing options. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that vehicles are presented in optimal condition for sales. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless sales process. Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or dealership environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent mathematical skills for calculating financing options and payments.. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. A proactive approach to upselling and closing deals is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
