Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative Sterngold Dental LLC Attleboro, MA 02703 Job description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our technology sales offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in driving business development and achieving sales targets. Duties Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote and sell our technology products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize inside sales techniques to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, contributing to business development strategies. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales pitches and marketing strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database. Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in technology sales. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with inside sales processes and outbound calling techniques is a plus. A background in business development or market analysis will be advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
