Summary:

The Digital Sales and Support Coordinator will h elp drive industry-leading digital engagement and sales growth within the green grass channel of distribution. Partner with key stakeholders, including the Associate Manager B2B Sales & Trade Communications, to deliver measurable results and significant growth, while coordinating the execution of high-impact initiatives that enhance both short-term performance and long-term strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Acushnet sales representatives and trade partners to manage all Acushnet Pro Shop (APS) initiatives, focusing on creating consumer-facing digital environments. This includes tournament websites, virtual pro shops, seasonal programs, and activations (e.g., Season Starter, Holiday campaigns, seeding programs). Serve as a product expert for all Acushnet brands, including FootJoy, Titleist, Links & Kings, and Club Glove. Coordinate and align key stakeholders across the various Acushnet brands to ensure seamless execution of tournament events and digital pro shop experiences. Determine product offering, update assortment as necessary based on availability, add logos, and receive approval for custom events, determine/amend site open and close dates. Support in testing and validation of best workflow processes on APS platform. Lead the daily build-out, coordination, and execution of site development and requests for digital pro shop experiences. Assist in building and distributing reports for Sales Management and the Digital Marketing team as needed to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Admin, Marketing or Communications . Golf industry experience preferred; A minimum of one year of customer service experience required. Able to sit for long periods of time and listen/talk on the telephone. Ability to communicate and speak well in front of a group. Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
