$24.50 / hour and up CitizensBankers are the face of the branch. They devote their time gettingto know their customers and building lasting relationships byproviding trusted advice. What you’ll do Are you outgoing? Do youget satisfaction out of helping others and offering sound advice?

If you’re a “people person” who enjoys building positiverelationships with customers, then this is the job for you! Usingyour strong communication and problem-solving skills — along withyour broad range of financial knowledge — you’ll providerecommendations and assist customers with financial solutions,supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs. You’llget to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommendtailored solutions to help achieve them — like planning for thefuture, buying a home or opening a new credit card. You’llintroduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handlebanking transactions, like on our app or through our ATMs. You’llcollaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage andBusiness Banking to help customers with more complex financialneeds. You’ll make outbound calls to acquire new customers andschedule financial checkup appointments, as you understand whatmight be a good fit for a customer now, may not be 6 months fromnow. All financial policies and procedures will be followed,including proper cash handling, state and local laws andregulations. What you’ll get

  • High School degreeor GED required
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience,demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Ability toeffectively ask questions and identify needs to improve thecustomer relationship
  • Proven success with building relationships,and recommending and referring products and services throughin-person and phone interactions
  • Demonstrated skills in usingdigital technology to support the delivery of business goals
  • Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates,business partners and specialists through collaboration
  • Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends andevenings
  • Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in theSAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion ofthe pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a uniqueidentifier from the NMLS.
