Inside Sales Representative 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 3 Opportunity Way, Newburyport, MA 01950 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales/customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through warm calling and outbound calling strategies and providing exceptional customer service, while also receiving inbound calls for order processing and customer service needs. Responsibilities Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products. Engage in outbound calling efforts to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records. Take phone orders and enter them into Acumatica Cloud ERP. Assist clients with customer service issues. Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention. Experience Previous experience in inside sales is preferred. Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Proficiency in using software tools related to sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close sales deals. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
