What we are looking for:

Weare seeking highly motivated and successful Retail SalesConsultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provideexceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locationsand growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You willconfidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizingour tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnosticsleep system bedMatch . Preferred Qualifications We are looking formotivated people with the availability to work a retail schedulethat includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Ourtypical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants theopportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week. Ability to liftup to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customerswith loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. You willprovide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educationalshopping experience focusing on improving their lives through oursleep solutions. We use state of the art technology includingtablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatchsystem. A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, andenthusiasm are keys to success!
