Sales Representative Confidential Lawrence, MA 01840 Account Executive – B2B Janitorial Services We’re a high-quality, B2B janitorial company serving commercial clients across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire—with a strong focus on the Greater Boston area. We self-perform all cleaning services using trained in-house teams and pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. Due to increased inbound interest and a growing reputation in the market, we’re hiring an experienced closer to convert warm leads into long-term clients. No cold calling or door-knocking—we already have the interest. We need someone who can take it over the finish line. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and close warm, inbound leads Conduct on-site walk-throughs with decision-makers to assess scope and needs Build and present custom proposals based on service frequency, square footage, and specific client concerns Handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive the close Keep CRM (HubSpot) up to date with deal stages, notes, and revenue forecasting Coordinate closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service contracts Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Comfortable doing walk-throughs and speaking with business owners, property managers, and office admins Organized, coachable, and
