We areseeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Sales Representative to joinour team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for aseasoned sales professional who is passionate about theconstruction industry and thrives in a fast-paced, competitiveenvironment. The successful candidate will play a critical role indriving our sales efforts, forging strong relationships withclients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. You willbe responsible for managing a designated territory, generatingleads, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Thisrole requires a deep understanding of mechanical and buildinginsulation, as well as building applications. If you are amotivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales anda knack for territory management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively manage and grow a dedicated salesterritory through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing andpotential clients to expand sales opportunities. 3. Understandcustomer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products andservices, particularly in the areas of mechanical and buildinginsulation and building applications. 5. Collaborate with internalteams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. 6.Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals toprospective clients. 7. Regularly report on sales activity,productivity, and forecast to senior management.

Qualifications:

1.A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in theconstruction/building materials industry. 2. Proficient in MSOffice, with a strong ability to analyze sales figures and writereports. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. 4.Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and territorymanagement. 5. Extensive knowledge of mechanical and buildinginsulation, as well as building applications. 6. Ability to workindependently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 7.High motivation, ambition, and a drive to succeed in a competitivesales environment. 8. A valid driver’s license and willingness totravel within the assigned territory. 9. A Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
