POSITION
Sales Representative
OBJECTIVE
To grow Seaboard’s market share through the successful sale and distribution of Seaboard’s portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the company Grow Seaboard’s market share Develop new distribution and brand presence for Seaboard Ensure all product is rotated and code policy is followed Proper merchandising of accounts with legal paper POS Timely accounts receivable collections within company policy Conduct tastings or promotion in accounts on a regular basis as well as when required Organize and execute floor displays with proper POS pricing Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, service needs, delivery, and other inquiries as they arise Execute monthly goals as related to business activities Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in Outside Beer Sales, preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Valid and clean driver’s license with active auto insurance and vehicle Ability and willingness to work independently Comfort using Microsoft Office, Ability to learn and use VIP Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales, and/or management preferred Certified Beer Server preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Use of hand and foot controls for driving Walking and climbing stairs Two handed lifting, handling, and carrying cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis Two handed rolling and pushing 165lb kegs on a frequent basis Pushing and pulling a hand truck and or cart on level and inclined surfaces on a frequent basis Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products Sufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment including but not limited to computer, tablet, mobile phone.
