The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hotel sales efforts by managing groups and corporate travelers, preparing sales documents, and handling correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and reports
• Maintain and update customer records, and Sales databases
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Respond to inquiries for group blocks or corporate accounts and provide administrative support to resolve issues promptly
• Track and report on sales targets and metrics
• Process all requests ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
