Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers in English. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Skills Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process. Familiarity with software products related to our offerings is a plus.
