Your Role:
As a KIA Sales Consultant, you’ll represent a brand synonymous with reliability, elegance, and prestige. Your mission is to create lasting relationships by providing expert guidance and a premium buying experience to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, engaging manner Understand each client’s needs and match them with the ideal KIA model Conduct test drives and present features and benefits of our vehicles Stay informed on the latest product developments, technologies, and inventory Build long-term relationships and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure seamless handoffs
What We’re Looking For:
Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not essential Passion for cars, people, and the KIA brand Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why KIA of Burlington?
