How you will contribute:

Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans Meet annual sales goals and performance targets Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients Network with local business groups and referral partners Conduct prospect/client calls and in-person meetings Complete all required applications and documentation thoroughly before submission Collaborate with management and provide regular updates Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Assist with special projects as needed What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an Associate’s degree with relevant business experience Prior experience in commercial or personal lines insurance preferred

Licensing Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
