Whileindividual earnings vary, our structured training and support systemequip driven reps for success!

Role:
- RepresentRite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to bothprospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketingcampaigns and events.
- Deliver engaging, face-to-face salespresentations that highlight our premium products and expertinstallation services.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions tosharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge.

Key Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales orcustomer-facing roles is welcomed
- Strong communication andcollaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams inaddressing customer needs

- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
- Open totraveling within the local market as needed
