The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication, rigorous prospecting, and thorough follow-up. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers via follow-up to warm leads and new customer outbound prospecting, utilizing Salesforce.com track interactions and opportunities. You will be calling engineers, distributors, and plant operators supporting water and wastewater facilities, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial locations in need of display and control equipment. You will be working with a technical product that is well understood by our customers and used in a wide range of industrial applications, so the ability to learn the basics of a technical product is a required. However, there is no need to have direct experience with our kinds of product or industry and we will help you learn about the products. Duties Conduct outbound calls to existing leads and potential customers to introduce our products and services. Utilize your selling skills to effectively communicate value propositions and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com. Learn Precision Digital’s products and value proposition. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales development. Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM system. Proven persistence in the effort to develop accounts proactively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
