Core Responsibilities Cultivate and manage new client accounts in both the residential and commercial domains. Generate, monitor, and follow up on leads and project proposals effectively. Conduct on-site evaluations and client consultations to accurately gauge project requirements. Collaborate seamlessly with estimators and project managers to craft compelling and comprehensive proposals. Negotiate and successfully close contracts with clients. Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients throughout every project phase. Attend industry networking events and leverage professional contacts to identify new opportunities. Utilize CRM tools and various software platforms for managing the sales pipeline and reporting. Consistently meet or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Demonstrable sales experience, preferably within the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices. Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies. A self-driven individual with a clear sense of purpose and high ethical standards. Ability to interpret construction plans and understand scopes of work is a definite asset. Technologically adept (comfortable with CRM, email, tablets/smartphones). Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are essential.
