This Role:

Inside Sales Representatives guide the homeowner through our top-notch sales process to select their dream countertop. Our Showroom Inside Sales Reps are responsible for meeting with retail clients and homeowners referred by our business partners. This is accomplished through a first-class showroom experience and maintaining relationships with our business partners.

Who You Are:

Two+ years of sales experience required. One year of home improvement experience preferred. A friendly, warm personality that enjoys talking to people. Enjoy designing projects, working with people, and not afraid to ask for the sale. A competitive and sports-like team mentality. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail. Loves creative problem solving and creating impactful solutions for customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide product information in-store Design kitchen countertop projects and put together quotes Follow-up with customers via phone and email Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets Maintain a clean and organized showroom Provide excellent customer service

What We Offer:

The compensation range is between $50,000-$85,000 through a combination of salary, bonuses & commissions. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement account with match. Other Requirements:

Standard work hours with two half Saturdays a month by appointment only. Occasional in home sales appointments. Valid driver’s license and transportation.
