Verizon Agent:

Verizon Agents are expected to lead daily customer service and sales outreach efforts, including direct consultations, presentations of products and services, all the way through the point of sale Drive sales growth by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and closing deals with Verizon’s suite of products. Collaborate with other Verizon Agents to refine scripts, propose promotions, and optimize customer retention strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring individual and team goals are consistently exceeded. Maintain deep product knowledge of Verizon services, enabling you to address customer inquiries and position upgrades effectively.

Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of one year of proven sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or sales and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor sales conversations to diverse customer needs. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment. Ability to quickly learn and master Verizon’s full product line, from network plans to the latest devices. Reliable transportation and flexibility to our office – this is an on-site role
