• StretchLab Stoneham is currently seeking a Part Time high energy, passion-filled and sales motivated individual that has a love for community! StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.

Position:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to sell and book Introductory Stretch Sessions and convert leads to memberships/packages while overseeing front desk operations. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Great communication skills and exceptional customer service required.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Studio Manager/Owner with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close leads via text, call and email. Book and confirm introductory sessions and follow up appointments Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a wellness provider Price present and sell available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intros Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Ensure the studio is clean and tidy Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

A Minimum of 2 shifts per week Excellent sales and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretching and retail Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must be a team player and take initiative Must have proficient computer skills Daily and/or occasional travel to our North Reading studio or pop ups may be required

Compensation & Perks:
