Location:
Westwood, MA Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts. The BDR will convert leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by clearly communicating the value of energy efficiency solutions and engaging key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce services and schedule appointments. Handle inbound inquiries, provide product info, and set up follow-ups. Meet or exceed outbound call targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Research and manage lead lists to enhance outreach quality. Maintain product knowledge to offer relevant solutions (training provided). Accurately log calls and updates in CRM (HubSpot).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-4 years of B2B inbound/outbound telesales experience. Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas. Strong communication and listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
