High Leverage Activities Securing current and new long-term customer relationships, develop new markets and associated new product penetration, supported by accurate forecasting of sales, and through sound top line/bottom line management practices. Meet budgeted sales volumes and margins for new and used vehicle sales, while executing our sales strategies leveraging the AFR CRM platform. Job Responsibilities Must be highly organized and demonstrate a priority to time management. Ensure there is a solid Territory Action Plan (sales plan) for the assigned AFR AOR. Maintain strong relationships with the customer network through strong and open communications. Read and write technical specification, proposals, and blueprints. Conduct demonstrations of products for customers. Take the lead role in key sales negotiation and sales calls. Completes and submits all reports required and requested in a complete and timely manner. Customer data shall be maintained daily with the use of CRM. Provide the highest level of customer service. Participate in warranty issues and customer complaints. Settle all customer complaints at his / her level and seeks guidance of the AFR management team as required. Promote the Company as a whole and not merely as a product supplier. Travel will be required to meet with customers, attend meetings/inspections at manufacturing facility, participate in regional trade shows and attend company events. Through direct actions, drive positive cultural mindset across assigned territories, supporting Allegiance Trucks cultural initiatives. All other duties as requested.
Background Knowledge & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate/negotiate with internal and external customers. Excellent computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office Products). Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. Wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. Strong leadership skills.
