Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Drycrete , you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners. You’ll meet with pre-scheduled leads at customers’ homes to diagnose issues, educate on solutions, and close the sale. You’ll play a critical role in delivering our Five-Star Service promise and helping customers feel safe and confident in their homes. This role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and earning what they’re worth.

What You’ll Do:

Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at customers’ homes Build rapport and assess the customer’s needs and concerns Evaluate the property and provide clear, honest recommendations Present solutions and close the sale Follow up to ensure an excellent customer experience Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Represent the company’s brand, culture, and purpose Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable working independently and in the field Strong problem-solving and consultative skills Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and mobile tools Must be competitive, persuasive, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:
