The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, supporting contractors and building relationships face-to-face. This role is responsible for managing our established Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island territory . We’re not just looking to fill a position; we want someone ready to take ownership of the territory and treat it like it’s their own business. Thanks to strong support from the Premier team and a loyal customer base, this territory continues to grow year after year. There’s no shortage of opportunity; we need the right person to harness it and take it to the next level. You don’t need to come in as an expert. What matters most is your drive to learn and grow. You’ll be backed by our Sales Manager with real-world coaching, hands-on guidance, and all the tools you need to succeed. We also hold weekly training sessions with our head technician to help you build product knowledge and the confidence to solve problems in the field. What You’ll Be Doing Visiting well drilling and water system contractors on-site or at their businesses. Supporting customers with product recommendations, questions, pricing, and service. Collaborating closely with our inside team and technical staff to deliver solutions. Building relationships and earning trust through consistent follow-up and support. Driving territory growth through proactive prospecting and value-added selling. Keeping your customers informed about industry changes, system upgrades, and promotions. What You’ll Learn How to size and sell pumps (submersible, centrifugal, booster, sump, chemical feed, and more) How to size and sell variable speed drives and pump controls How to size and sell water treatment systems (softeners, filters, reverse osmosis, UV, and more) How to test water for secondary water contaminants How to interpret lab test results and identify primary water contaminants How to troubleshoot water treatment and water well systems in real time Keys to Success Self-motivated and goal-oriented Genuinely enjoy helping people and adding value Organized—you plan your days and weeks with purpose Humble and honest—if you don’t know the answer, say so, then impress with how quickly you find it An active listener who asks the right questions to uncover solutions Willing to learn from mistakes and keep moving forward Persistent and reliable with strong follow-through Communicate professionally and adapt to different personalities Comfortable with high-volume customer interaction (in person, phone, text, email) Team player who respects all roles Take ownership, stay responsive, and check communication channels frequently Ask for help when needed Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $900 per week starting salary $1,000 per week after 6 months of employment Salary increases are tied to territory sales performance Commission Plan + Annual Bonus Opportunities On-Target Earnings (OTE): $18,000-$25,000 in your first year Company Vehicle & Expenses Company truck (Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon) provided Company gas card Laptop and cell phone provided Insurance & Retirement $1,500/month toward your health insurance plan (starting after 90 days) 401(k) with company match (starting after 90 days) Paid Time Off with Holidays Ready to Join Premier?
