We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Plumbing Sales Representative with strong in-home sales and residential plumbing experience to join our expanding Plumbing Division. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home plumbing sales consultations for residential customers. Evaluate plumbing needs (water heaters, re-piping, drain issues, fixture replacements, etc.) and provide professional solutions. Sell plumbing-related services for both residential and light commercial customers. Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and close sales on-site. Follow up with customers, office staff, and technicians to ensure jobs move forward efficiently. Assist in coordinating permits and necessary documentation with local municipalities. Track leads, estimates, and customer communication using CRM tools. Maintain a high closing ratio and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. ✅
Qualifications:
2+ years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, HVAC, or other home services). Functional knowledge of residential plumbing systems is required. Experience selling plumbing services strongly preferred. HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple leads, quotes, and follow-ups. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits:
