Sales Representative Responsibilities include:

Contact potential leads to solicit new maintenance and modernization accounts Preparation and presentation of maintenance contracts and modernization proposals Estimating and preparation of repair proposals and modernization quotes. Parts ordering Provide customer support to current customer base to resolve any issues or concerns Status reporting to management on outstanding bids and proposals

Sales Representative Qualifications:

Previous service company sales experience – Elevator Industry experience a plus resulting in additional compensation Good communication and customer service skills Good organizational skills Willingness to assist with additional tasks and work in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and other computer skills following established company procedures.
