Position Overview :
K Ross Co. is seeking a motivational and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, providing product information, and offering solutions, as well as providing job quotes on manufacturers represented. This role will primarily focus on supporting our outside sales team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Option 1 – 3 days per week 9am-5pm Option2 – 4 days per week 9am-3pm (Mothers hours)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels 2) Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing product related questions, pricing inquiries, and order status updates. 3) Collaborate with the outside sales team, to identify sales opportunities and support their clients in closing deals. 4) Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth to meet sales targets. 5) Maintain accurate records of customer, interactions, sales, activities, and order information in the CRM system. 6) Stay informed about industry, trends, competitor, products, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers. 7) Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product seminars to enhance product knowledge in sales skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the plumbing industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport, and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated with a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.
