Our client is a leading distributor of essential food commodities such as flour, sugar, and eggs. They cater to food manufacturers, food service providers, and restaurants, ensuring a seamless supply chain for high-quality ingredients. As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :

Identify and prospect new clients within the food manufacturing, food service, and restaurant sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. 2.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. 3.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for business growth. 4.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 5.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including specifications, pricing, and availability. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our food commodities. 6. Collaboration with

Internal Teams:

Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food distribution industry. Bakery experience is a plus. Strong understanding of the food manufacturing, food service, and restaurant sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
