As an Indirect Sales Team Lead at Constant Contact, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within our high-potential mid-market segment. In this player-coach role, you’ll lead, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives while also managing your own book of business. Your leadership will empower the team to exceed sales targets, and your individual contributions will have a direct impact on company growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for coaching and building high-performing teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and contribute to the broader sales strategy.
OTE for this role is $115,000-$127,500
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 3-6 Account Executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Manage your own sales pipeline while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Analyze team performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost team productivity and drive revenue growth.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to your team.
Ensure accountability by setting clear goals and tracking performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Who You Are:
Experience:
1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments. SaaS or technology sales experience is highly desirable.
Sales Acumen:
Strong understanding of solution-based selling; experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is a plus.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
