Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retailers in your territory and maximize our brand presence at each account.
• Drive incremental sales volume through key distributors & DC’s.
• Build rapport and credibility with store managers / buyers.
• Improve our shelf and display presence according to company standards.
• Ensure shelf tags and pricing are properly displayed.
• Execute customer plans set forth by account manager.
• Achieve new points of distribution.
• Communicate store level activity back to supervisor / account manager.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Present deal sheets to managers / buyers
• Submit orders for processing.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets and meet deadlines.
• Set follow-up appointments to maintain business

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
• Legally to work in the USA
• Previous experience in sales, grocery industry preferred.

Basic Computer Skills & Microsoft Office Platforms:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Willingness to grow and develop career.
