Business Insurance Sales Anastasi Insurance Agency Inc Charlton City, MA 01508 • Hybrid work Job Overview ‘You start off with salary of $37,440.00. At the same time, we advance you commissions – how much??….well, that depends on your potential. In no event will you make less than $75,000 your first twelve months in. Veteran salesperson or not…you first learn our selling system. You are instructed by seasoned professionals on how to bury the incumbent agent and take the business by BOR. Within one week you are on the phone booking appointments, accompanied by our season Producers. in the initial meeting. You will be given a learning plan tailored to your insurance experience. You will be expected to achieve a CRIS,, TRIP or CIC designation within the first three years. If all goes to plan, your book of business should yield you a W2 of 300k to 400k in 6 years with an equity position in your book. Now…. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
Licensing:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license – we will cover all licensing costs
Skills & Traits:
Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
Industry Focus:
Interest in working with businesses that pay $50,000 – $1,000,000 annually in premiums Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients, with a focus on transportation and construction businesses. Consult with business owners to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions. Collaborate with our experienced account managers to ensure top-tier service for your clients. Stay informed on industry trends, coverage options, and market opportunities. Follow a proven sales system designed for long-term success.
