We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized Sales Coordinator to support our go-to-market team in driving growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as order entry, CRM updates, and tracking sales leads. Communicate with dispensary partners to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and product availability. Prepare sales materials, presentations, and product information for client meetings. Assist in coordinating and participation, dispensary pop-ups, vendor days, and marketing events. Track inventory levels in collaboration with production and fulfillment teams. Collect and organize feedback from customers and sales for internal reporting. Maintain organized records of sales activities, contacts, and reports. Provide general support to leadership and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Interest in and knowledge of the cannabis industry preferred. 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (cannabis experience a plus but not required). Strong communication skills — both written and verbal. Social Media savvy is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace, and CRM systems, APEX experience is a plus. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks under state regulations. Must have reliable transportation to get to work and events
