Pay Range:
100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-140k+ in uncapped commissions.
Duties:
Use company vehicle to meet with customers on pre-qualified, company-generated leads. Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired expectations. Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consults with homeowners for desired outcome. Provides a completed proposal to the customer and follows up as needed. Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction, HVAC, service industry, or other related fields. Ability to travel 75% of the time Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Ability to maneuver in and out of crawlspaces.
Pre-employment screening:
Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check.
