Internet and Phone Sales Representative Salary:

Lee Auto Mall in Auburn seeks an enthusiastic Internet and Phone Sales Representative to join our team! In this internet and phone-based position, you will receive and respond to inquiries from customers visiting various Lee Auto Mall and associated websites and or calling with questions. You will work directly with customers to answer their various questions, generate appointments for the sales teams, maintain accurate data for customer files, and provide over the top customer service. Lee Auto Mall seeks an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills to work in this fast-paced environment. This candidate must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated. The necessary skills include, but are not limited to: Computer proficiency Quality writing Creative thinking Phone skills Email skills Ability to multi-task Appointment setting Ability to work independently and in a team A great attitude! Hours:

variable schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and some Saturdays. Prior experience a plus but not necessary.
