Sales Representative 94.7 FM and 98.3 FM/780 AM Radio Monticello, ME Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the management of client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Identify potential clients and market opportunities to expand the customer base. Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage sales activities, track leads, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct direct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully. Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare reports on sales performance and client interactions for management review. Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales processes. Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and identify opportunities for growth.
