About the

Role:

At Kepware, we provide powerful industrial connectivity software that helps businesses integrate and optimize their operations. Our software licenses are sold through inside sales and strategic account teams to a diverse range of customers, including end-users, systems integrators, OEMs, and resellers. Each new license includes one year of support and maintenance to ensure our customers get the most from their investment.
As a Renewal Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships by managing the renewal process for our software licenses. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures customers continue to receive the support they need, while also contributing to our overall growth and success

What You’ll Do:

Manage a

Renewal Pipeline:

Proactively engage with customers to inform them of upcoming renewals, consolidate contracts, and ensure timely renewals.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with inside sales, strategic accounts, and technical support to ensure customers renew the correct licenses and maintain active support coverage.

Support Customer Success:

Respond to inbound inquiries from customers whose support contracts have lapsed, and guide them through the process of reactivating their coverage.

Drive Process Improvements:

Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving our sales processes and increasing renewal rates.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are:

Bachelor’s Degree:

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

Detail-Oriented:

You’re organized and meticulous in managing multiple tasks and customer interactions.

Strong Communicators:

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain complex information.

Customer-Focused:

You enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Self-Motivated:

You’re driven to meet goals, grow professionally, and contribute to team success.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
