OurRoute Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, andmerchandising FritoLays complete line of products including Lays,Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local storesincluding gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As aRoute Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to differentstores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, andpartner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintainrecords throughout the day.
Although you will start out as a Route Sales Representative forFritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job canopen the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company,PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will bedoing:\
- Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicateddriving and selling training with our amazing team members\
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meetnew customers\
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling indisplays, and completing national initiatives\
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time\
- Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environmentWe operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Teammembers often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If youhave never worked in this type of role before, you should understandthat you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here arethe minimum qualifications of this job:\
- Be 21 years of age or older\
- Have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance and ability toobtain other licensures as required by state law\
