In this role, you’ll be instrumental in every stage of the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with outside sales, customers, and vendors to maximize sales exposure and drive results. This isn’t just about taking orders; it’s about providing technical assistance, crafting accurate customer estimates, and ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial contact to delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers and vendors via phone, building strong relationships and providing expert support. Collaborate closely with our outside sales team to manage priorities and optimize sales strategies. Prepare accurate and timely estimates that meet customer needs. Manage all administrative, commercial, and technical aspects of new business, ensuring smooth transitions. Continuously expand your product knowledge and automotive expertise to better serve our clients. Maintain and update crucial pricing information for manufacturers.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in the automotive industry with a solid understanding of basic automotive mechanicals. A high technical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to diligently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with QuickBooks and standard Windows programs ; you’re comfortable and savvy with business software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information. A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a drive to succeed. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate challenges effectively.

Full-time Pay:

$56,160.00 – $65,000.00 per year
