Job Description
Sales Consultant – New Homes Broughman Builders, Inc. 84 Main Rd, Holden, ME 04429 Job description We are expanding and need to add a modular homes sales consultant to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Salary plus commission position, full-time year round with attractive benefit package including health, dental and vision insurance, plus paid holidays/vacation! Also an attractive 401K package plus match. A typical week is a day off during the week when working a Saturday. Saturdays are a very busy day for us with families coming in to plan their new home. The successful candidate should live within 25 miles of Ellsworth. This position will be Full Time in Ellsworth and one in Holden. Retirees Welcomed!
Responsibilities:
Present and sell modular and manufactured homes to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed-upon sales targets Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of progress with their project Create sales materials to present to customers Upkeep model homes at the Sales Center with literature Walk through model homes daily to ensure they are staged in a pleasing manner
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred but modular home sales not required Familiarity with CRM program Familiarity with email, spreadsheet programs Social media marketing experience very helpful Strong negotiation skills a must Communication skills a must We have FUN at our job so a good sense of humor is very important 🙂
