Responsibilities:

Sell PEO services directly to business owners and decision-makers Hunt for new business•cold calls, networking, in-person meetings Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Work independently in your local market Earn residuals on both new and renewal business Qualifications Hunters•direct B2B sales pros who know how to find and close deals Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Experience in PEO, HR services, insurance, or other consultative sales is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive salary 15% commission on new and renewal business•no cap Great residual income potential
