Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be prospecting and engaging potential clients by making outbound calls to leads. Your goal is to create a great first impression, qualify prospects, and set up successful calls for our licensed sales producers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in insurance sales and be part of a dynamic, results-driven team.
Salary Range:

Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and warm leads. Engage and qualify prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to licensed sales producers. Follow call scripts and adjust conversations based on customer responses. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on every call. Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals. Contribute to a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
