Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative , your role is to engage directly with homeowners in your assigned area to educate them about our $0-down solar program and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants. You won’t be closing deals—you’ll be opening doors. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential and exciting team incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass residential neighborhoods and talk directly to homeowners Explain the benefits of solar and our zero-money-down offer Schedule free consultations— no selling required Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets Accurately log leads and follow-up activity Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity

Requirements:

No prior solar experience needed— training provided Must have reliable transportation Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working on foot and outdoors in varying weather Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
