Compensation:

This is an hourly position with commission and tips. Our employees enjoy an average starting pay of $20-$25 per hour. Furthermore, pay raises are benchmarked against your progression through our structured career path, ensuring your growth translates into tangible benefits. 

Your primary role involves selling our esteemed junk removal services to a broad residential and business customer base. Success in this role means engaging positively with our customers, delivering service that goes above and beyond, and physically removing items from customers’ properties. 
