Business Development TraineeResponsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to learn aboutour products/services, target market, and sales strategies. Workclosely with senior sales professionals to learn about negotiation,relationship building, and effective sales strategies. Attendindustry events and networking activities to stay up to date onproducts, promotions and client updates. Participate in leadershiptraining sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills.
Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations topotential customers. Support the development and implementation ofsales training programs for new hires and existing team members.
Take on leadership responsibilities for small-scale projects orinitiatives to develop your leadership capabilities.
