OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Generate and secure BuildingMaterial sales with new and existing customers to increase companyprofitability. This is a “

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary jobduties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, thefollowing: Promote, sell, and secure new accounts. Facilitatecustomer product selection. Service existing accounts withnecessary custom products, time, and information. Assist withproduct selection best suited to customer needs. Prepare,coordinate, and communicate price quotations, sale terms, deliverydates, and service obligations to customers/contractors. Estimatematerials from blueprints provided by customers/contractors.
Resolve customer complaints and issues. Assist in accountsreceivable collection. Attend and participate in training, whenrequired. Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, ortasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Contractor sales representatives must:
Complete and pass a drug, alcohol, background screen and MotorVehicle Report (MVR). Speak, write, and communicate effectively inthe English language. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Interpret written, oral, diagrams, and schedule-form instructions.
Calculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest,commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.). Utilize MicrosoftOffice products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Learn and utilize company specific software.
WORK ENVIRONMENT /PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Contractor sales representatives: Work in both anindoor and outdoor setting. Occasionally lift/move objects up to100 pounds, stand, and walk. Regularly sit, use hands, reach witharms and hands, talk, and hear.
